Firefighters Ushering Santa Through Town, Collecting Food In Upper Makefield
The firefighters will be escorting Santa throughout town on Sunday. They will also be accepting donations for the Penndel Food Pantry.
UPPER MAKEFIELD, PA — The sleigh is ready for Santa and the wreaths are hung on the apparatus. Everything is ready for Santa's big ride through town.
On Sunday, Dec. 21, the Upper Makefield Fire Company Santa Parade and Betsy's Basket Food Drive will be taking place. Santa will be making his way around Upper Makefield during the day. He will also be at the firehouse after the parade for pictures from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.
In conjunction with the Santa Parade, the firefighters will be collecting non-perishable food, toiletries and baby items for the Penndel Food Pantry. Donations for Betsy's Food Basket may be dropped off at the fire station on Taylorsville road on Saturday.
