Live Tom Petty Musical Event To Be Held At Newtown Theatre
During the event, local musicians will play tribute to Tom Petty, who died in October 2017.
NEWTOWN, PA — Newtown Theatre’s “Newtown Live” concert series continues next month with“A Night of Tom Petty” on Friday, Oct. 4. The event starts at 8 p.m.
This one-night-only event will feature a specially assembled group of local musicians playing tribute to the legendary Petty, who died in October 2017. The band will consist of Brad Hinton, Brian Dale Allen Strouse, Daniel Bower, Cory Heller, Alex Luquet, and Thérèse, along with singers Leaf & Tree, Cheap Dates, and Hezekiah Jones.
Tickets are $15 per person online at TheNewtownTheatre.com or $25 at the door on the night of the show. Beer and wine will be available for purchase at the theatre before the show and during intermission.
The Newtown Theatre is located at 120 N. State Street in Newtown.
