Man Habitually Exposed Himself In Traffic On Durham Rd: Police

MIDDLETOWN TWP, PA — Police are seeking witnesses to a regular driver on Durham Road who has a habit of exposing and pleasuring himself in traffic, authorities in Middletown Township Police said.

Police said they recently arrested the unidentified man and believe he "has made a habit of exposing himself/pleasuring himself to traffic driving by and, most commonly, delivery drivers."

Anyone who has witnessed the behavior should contact Officer Beck at 215-750-3845.

"We want to make sure his charges are all encompassing, perhaps voluminous is the right word," police wrote in the post.
