Police issued a warrant for Ottinger's arrest on charges of carrying a firearm without a license, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, reckless endangerment, and reckless driving in addition to other traffic violations.

Newtown Township Police, Middletown Township Police, and the South Central Emergency Response Team attempted to serve the arrest warrant Friday but Ottinger was not home.

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Ottinger should contact the Newtown Township Police Department at 215-328-8524, dial 911, submit an online tip via Crimewatch.

Also on Friday, police received a report that a gun was found in the Tyler Walk development. The recovered gun was not the same as the one police said in Ottinger's truck. Police are investigating to determine if the two incidents are related.
