Newtown Area District Judge: 2021 Primary Election Results
Incumbent District Judge Michael "Mick" Petrucci and challenger Mark Zinman will face off in the November election, early returns show.

NEWTOWN, PA — Polls are closed across Pennsylvania and in Newtown in the 2021 primary election, and the two candidates running for judge of Magisterial District Court 07-2-07, which covers Newtown Borough and the townships of Newtown, Upper Makefield and Wrightstown, will face off again in the November election.
Mark Zinman, founding and managing partner of Southampton-based public accounting firm Zinman & Co., is challenging incumbent Michael "Mick" Petrucci, a Republican-backed candidate. Both candidates cross-filed and appeared on both the Democratic and Republican ballots in Tuesday's primary.
With all 15 voting precincts reporting, unofficial results from the Bucks County Board of Elections show Zinman securing the Democratic ticket with 1,991 votes (53.97%) to Petrucci's 1,692 votes (45.87%), while Petrucci secured the Republican nomination handily with 3,309 votes (89.1%) to Zinman's 399 votes (10.74%).
