NEWTOWN, PA — A Newtown barber has been asked back as the resident stylist and makeup artist for an NBC Sports show. Tracey Bowen of Bowen's Barber Shop in Newtown has once again been selected as the resident barber for the soccer show "Men In Blazers," which is entering its sixth season.
Bowen will be working part-time out of New York City to do the hair and makeup for hosts Michael Davies and Roger Bennett, and all of the celebrity guests. She'll begin working on season six this month.
She'll handle the cutting, shaving, grooming, and makeup for all participants, she explained.

"Last season we had great guests like James Corden, HBO’s James Oliver, Game of Thrones Joe Dempsie, and many more," Bowen tells Patch.
If you're an existing client, don't worry about your own hair suffering in the meantime. "I will still be keeping my normal schedule and hours at the barber shop to accommodate all of my clients," she said.
