How has the new coronavirus impacted your business and its employees?
We have been significantly impacted. While we are pleased to be considered an essential business under Governor Wolf's order, our volume of business has significantly declined as most of our customers are not currently working. To keep everyone safe, our shop is closed to walk-in business and our staff is working remotely. We have staff on-site to complete work as needed and provide delivery as well as a drop-off, pick-up box to maintain social distancing.
How can local customers support you now and in the future?
Keep your printing local. There are many online services that customers can choose from, but shopping local keeps your dollars supporting the community.
Do you have any words of encouragement for your community?
We will get through this and come out stronger and more supportive of one another on the other side.
Are you offering any special services, promotions or hours during this time?
We would love to support families going through these difficult times. In particular, signs of support for loved ones who must remain home. For example, if you have a relative that you cannot visit, we can produce a full color yard sign (including pictures) that can be placed in their front yard. If you have a high school senior and/or athlete, a banner or yard sign showing support is a great way to celebrate them.
Are there any other outstanding businesses in town you think deserve some community support?
I could think of many — Greenstraw and Issac Newton's Bar & Restaurant in Newtown are a two.
