Newtown Businesses Partner To Offer Mother's Day Experience
Solstice restaurant is partnering with other local businesses to help you give mom a full Mother's Day experience.
NEWTOWN, PA — Solstice, one of Newtown's newest restaurants, is partnering with other local businesses to help you give mom a full Mother's Day experience.
The restaurant is offering special Mother's Day brunch and dinner menus, plus you can purchase add-ons of flowers, balloons, and even a Barre3 class.
Located in the Village at Newtown Shopping Center, Solstice originally opened in March but was forced to close a week after its debut because of the coronavirus mitigation measures.

It reopened its doors last week for delivery and pick-up with a new Solstice At-Home menu.
The restaurant has partnered with local companies Flowers by Jennie Lynne, Bucks Mont Party Rentals and Barre3 Newtown to create a full Mother’s Day "at home" experience complete with add-ons, including a bouquet of flowers ($33), an arrangement of helium balloons ($20) and a free Barre3 class upon the studio’s reopening.

Special brunch dishes include:
- Pastry basket ($9) w/ seasonal fruit danish, chocolate scone, and whipped lavender butter
- Breakfast brioche sandwich ($10) w/ applewood smoked bacon, scrambled eggs, tomato jam, aged cheddar, leaf lettuce, brioche bun
- Avocado toast ($12) w/ sliced hard boiled egg, shaved radish, served with side of house greens
- Buttermilk fried chicken & biscuits ($18) w/ hot sauce honey
- Grilled creme brulée strawberry shortcake ($7)
The special Mother’s Day Brunch menu will be available from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and the dinner service will be offered from 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, May 10.
