Acqua E Farina, 3 violations: Towels and napkins stored with food in refrigeration units; some food kept at unsafe temperatures; restaurant dishwasher failed to reach required heating temperatures

ClubHouse Bar, 6 violations: Employees observed not wearing masks when working; soda gun nozzle and drain described as "unclear with a mold-like substance and debris"; food in prep units kept at unsafe temperatures

George School Cafeteria, 2 violations: Temperature gauges on dish machine need calibration
