Newtown Shop Bakes Epic 'Tiger King' Cake
Even Carole Baskin wouldn't resist a piece of this epic cake.

NEWTOWN, PA — It's got the mullet, mustache, earrings, and all. Yes, even Joe Exotic would be proud.
The Caketeria in Newtown has crafted the epic "Tiger King" cake, featuring the show's eccentric main character in all of his sugar-inspired glory.
The show, which drew a loyal following upon its release in March, profiles zoo owner and big cat fan Joe Exotic in a somewhat bizarre series of events described by Netflix as a "true murder-for-hire story from the underworld of big cat breeding."

The cake was special ordered by a customer whose "Tiger King"-obsessed husband was celebrating a birthday, explained Caketeria owner Beth Rubin.
Despite never seeing the show, Rubin prepared the epic cake-and-frosting likeness of Joe Exotic.

The eight-inch cake served about 15, she said. "A lot of people have been getting bigger cakes so they have leftovers," Rubin explained.
