Newtown's Corner Bakery To Reopen Nov. 16

For the rest of 2020, Newtown's Corner Bakery will give away free coffee to anyone who asks for it.

NEWTOWN, PA — The Corner Bakery Café in the Newtown Shopping Center will reopen following a seven month hiatus brought on by the coronavirus pandemic.

The café on West Road will open Monday, Nov. 16, for socially distanced indoor and outdoor dining, takeout, delivery and catering — and they're sweetening the deal with free coffee.

For the rest of 2020, the store is giving away free coffee to anyone who asks for it. You can order for free on their website by entering the code FREECOFFEE at checkout, but you can also just walk in and ask for a free cup of coffee, and they'll give it to you, no strings attached.

They're also giving away free branded mugs and face masks to new customers that order online during their first week of reopening, while supplies last.

The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Newtown store hours are 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.

The American fast casual restaurant chain was founded in 2005 and has about 200 locations nationwide, according to its website. The Newtown store opened in 2012.
