NEWTOWN, PA — The Newtown Experience is looking for musicians to participate in its first-ever “Newtown Porchstock” on Saturday, Sept. 27 from 1 to 4 p.m.

Porchstock is a free, walkable music festival held on front porches, front yards or driveways throughout Newtown Borough. The event is a way for local bands and musicians to showcase their talents and the community to come together and celebrate Newtown.

During Porchstock, participants walk between houses at their own pace, stopping to listen to various musicians along the way. Attendees can bring their own folding chairs, non-alcoholic beverages and snacks to enjoy. They’re also encouraged to have a bite to eat at any of the Borough’s restaurants.
