Route 32 Repaving Schedule Updated By PennDOT; Nighttime Work Announced
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur.

BUCKS COUNTY , PA – Pavement repair and resurfacing operations are scheduled to begin this week on Route 32 (River Road) in New Hope Borough, Solebury and Upper Makefield townships, according to an updated schedule released by PennDOT on Monday.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:
- Work will be taking place overnight from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. through Friday, July 25. Motorists can expect a weekday lane closure with flagging on Route 32 (River Road) between Route 232 (Windy Bush Road) and Route 532 (Washington Crossing Road).
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.

The work is part of PennDOT’s $5 million project to perform selective base repairs and micro-surfacing overlay and install line/legend painting on sections of Route 32 (River Road/Delaware Avenue), U.S. 13 (Bristol Pike), and Knights Road in Bucks County.
