The popular outdoor cocktail party starts at 6:30 p.m. and includes drinks, heavy hors d'oeuvres and music.

NEWTOWN, PA — The 5th annual “Reel” Garden Party in support of the historic Newtown Theatre will return on Thursday, June 26 at the home of Ed McLaughlin and Tara Grunde-McLaughlin in Newtown Borough (125 North Chancellor Street).
The popular outdoor cocktail party starts at 6:30 p.m. and includes drinks, heavy hors d’oeuvres and music. The cost of the party is $80 per person and only 100 tickets will be sold. All proceeds benefit the non-profit theatre. Visit TheNewtownTheatre.com/events for more information and tickets.
“The Reel Garden Party was created in 2021 to push us over the fundraising finish line for the theatre’s phase I renovations, but the party proved so popular we made it an annual event to support the upkeep of our 142-year-old building,” says theatre Executive Director Andrew Smith.
