The prestigious award recognizes individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership and integrity, have achieved excellence in their fields and who have demonstrated extraordinary compassion for others.
Under Harry’s leadership, The Rose Group has grown to become one of the largest and most respected franchisees within the Applebee’s brand and other systems they owned and operated. They currently employ thousands of team members across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and Delaware. Beyond business success, Harry has been deeply dedicated to philanthropy, particularly through long-standing partnerships with Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, local youth programs, community-based charitable initiatives and The Naples Children Foundation.
