Upper Makefield Man To Face Trial On Sexual Abuse Charges

John Suszko III forced a minor to perform sexual acts on him, according to police.

UPPER MAKEFIELD, PA — A trial is scheduled for April in Bucks County in the case of a Washington Crossing man charged with sexual abuse of a minor.

The minor was forced to perform sexual acts for John Suszko III, according to the Upper Makefield Township Police Department.

The 73-year-old man was arrested on July 31, 2020, on a felony warrant. He has been charged with indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age, corruption of minors, and having involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, according to court documents.

Suszko is currently out on bail and scheduled to face trial on April 15 before Judge Michael Petrucci.
