Weather Forces Cancellation Of Music On The Street In Newtown

NEWTOWN BOROUGH, PA — Inclement weather has forced the cancellation of Thursday night's "Music On The Street" concert in front of 16 South State Street in Newtown Borough.

The Dockside Band had been scheduled to perform an evening of Yacht Rock favorites during a concert presented by the Opus Outreach Foundation and sponsored by local businesses.

The series continues August 7 with Bangarang sponsored by 4 Ever Young, August 14 with Bad Hombres sponsored by Ned's Cigars and Heath Dumont Engineering, August 21 with Meg Russell
sponsored by Countryside Framing and August 28 with the Bunker Band sponsored by Opus Elite Real Estate.
