DOYLESTOWN, PA — Vivid Women’s Health, a physical therapy practice exclusively focused on providing women-focused health care, is celebrating five years in business in June by opening its second location in Doylestown.

Vivid began its journey to reinvent women’s health care in Newtown through the vision of owner Jennifer Perna.

“Five years ago, I started Vivid because I realized that women were underserved by the current model of health care in our area," explains Perna, a Doctor of Physical Therapy with more than 14 years of practice experience. “Women deserve an exceptional health care experience, where they are welcomed, appreciated and have direct access to their therapy provider through one-on-one care for their entire treatment session."

Physical Therapy practitioners at Vivid Women’s Health treat a variety of issues centered around the complicated pelvic floor muscle and nervous system. These issues can affect women in many ways, causing symptoms of pain and discomfort that will persist indefinitely, if not resolved, said Perna.

What makes Vivid unique, is the whole body approach their practitioners take to effectively treat and resolve pelvic floor pain symptoms for good.

“We’re thankful to have built a strong reputation for comfortable and effective care for women’s health concerns. That success has enabled us to grow our practice in Newtown and draw patients from the greater Bucks County area," said Perna.

Bringing in more patients from different areas is great, but as Perna knows from her experience as a health care provider, you have to be able to meet patients where they’re at.

“When I started Vivid, I was working out of the back of my car, treating in patient’s homes. That practice evolved to our Newtown clinic and now our brand new, Doylestown clinic. The Doylestown clinic is situated to provide our many patients from mid to upper Bucks County, a health care environment unlike any other, that is also convenient and close to home," explains Perna.

Vivid Women’s Health – Doylestown, is located in the Bailiwick Office Complex at the intersection of Swamp Road and 611. All are welcome to visit or learn more by going to their website at www.vividwomenshealth.com or calling the practice at 267-685-6368.
