WRIGHTSTOWN, PA — In celebration of Fire Prevention Week, the historic Wycombe Tavern & Grille will be giving back to the Lingohocken Fire Company.

Located on the border between Wrightstown and Buckingham in the historic village of Wycombe, the restaurant will be donating 10 percent of its food sales to the fire company during a "Dine and Donate" event on Friday, Oct. 10, from 6 to 10 p.m.

The fundraiser is being held in conjunction with Lingohocken’s Fire Prevention Open House, which will be taking place next door at the fire station from 6 to 9 p.m. on the same evening.

“Before or after your visit to the station, stop by the Wycombe Tavern & Grille for something to eat,” said the restaurant on Facebook.

The Diaz-Albertini family, which owns Casa Toro Mexican restaurants in Doylestown and Coopersburg, acquired the historic tavern earlier this year at 1073 Mill Creek Road and have transformed it into a spot where "history meets modern dining."
