Council Meets Tonight For Public Hearing on Zoning Changes for Kennedy-Kenrick Site
Hallman Retirement Neighborhoods (HRN) has requested the changes in order to build a senior housing development on the site of the former high school.
Norristown Municipal Council meets tonight at 7:30 p.m. at , 235 E. Airy Street and Council has quite a bit of business scheduled in the Planning/Economic/Business Development category.
In addition to a public hearing on proposed zoning changes to the former Kennedy-Kenrick High School site requested by Pottstown-based developer Hallman Retirement Neighborhoods, Council will discuss the Penrose Project and the proposed . They'll also tackle a revision to the zoning ordinance regarding condemnations.
