Council to Conduct Public Hearings and Award Poley Park Contract Tonight

Norristown Municipal Council meets tonight at 7:30 p.m. at , 235 E. Airy Street and Council has full agenda on its plate, most of it in the Planning, Economic and Business Development committee.

In addition to a public hearing on and motion to adopt the new subdivision and land development ordinance (SALDO), there will be a public hearing on a . De Sheng Zheng is seeking a conditional use approval from council to operate both a restaurant and apartment at that address.

There will also be discussions of the $79,584.30  contract being awarded to Bridgeport-based Kehoe Construction, the agreement with , the condemnation zoning ordinance and the RFP for the promotional video the council is hoping to make for .
