1. Montgomery County Health Department is offering free immunizations for Norristown residents. Call 610-278-5145 to make an appointment.

2. is collecting items for Soldier Care Packages. Items can be dropped off at the school between 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. If you know a soldier currently deployed, contact the school at 610-275-6870 with the name and an address so a care package can be sent.

3. The Literacy Council of Norristown is holding GED classes from 10am to 12:30pm on Monday through Thursday at the . Call 610-292-8515 or visit the council's website for more information.

4. The Genesis Housing Corporation offers free housing counseling classes in three sessions – Understanding Credit & Credit Repair, Money Management and Understanding the Home Buying Process.
