1. Today is Director Amy Grebe's birthday. If you happen to see her in the center or around town, make sure to say "Happy Birthday!"
2. The is hosting on , the Montco SAAC circuit training exercise facility, at 9 a.m. The open house is being held in conjunction with the center's and National Active Aging Week. It's a perfect opportunity to see what Montco SAAC has to offer. Even better—you don’t have to be over 50 to join.

4. Ever been to ? Tonight would be a good night to stop by since the folks from Bell's Brewery will be bringing 11 great beers to the Norristown eatery. Tap time is 6 p.m., but you should get there at 5 p.m. for the all-you-can-eat crab legs. On tap tonight: Two Hearted Ale, Kalamazoo Stout, Consecrator Doppelbock, Cherry Stout, Porter, Quinannan Falls Lager, Best Brown, Octoberfest, Wedding Ale, Oracle and Amber.
5. 's West-End Computer Lab is holding an open house tonight at 6 p.m. The program offers a safe environment with caring "homework buddies" to provide homework help and extra support in reading and math, as well as computer and Internet access. Area youths in grades three through eight are invited to register for the free program at tonight's open house. Light refreshments will be served.
