KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — From luxury handbags and video games to UnderArmour and Guy Fieri chicken, King of Prussia is getting a massive influx of new businesses in 2023.

The mall and the town center continue to grow even as brick and mortar businesses flag in the post-pandemic economy, and other malls and shopping centers in the Delaware Valley struggle to stay afloat.

“King of Prussia’s leasing activity is strong, and we continue to see the demand for space as our leasing teams sign leases with new and exciting national and international tenants, entrepreneurs and restaurants,” Todd Putt, Director of Marketing at King of Prussia, said in a statement. “These new retailers bring unique and exciting options to the Philadelphia market and enhance our shoppers’ experience - whether they are local or on vacation.”
