Here's Where You're At In The Vaccine Line In Montgomery County
The county now has a simple way for residents to check their status. The state has said the thousands in 1A will be scheduled by March 31.
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA — As Montgomery County continues to work its way through the 1A category, tens of thousands of people remain waiting in line for their turn to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
The county is currently in the process of reaching out to individuals who scheduled appointments on Jan. 14. There were 19,501 people who registered on that day.
Some 137,000 people are registered and waiting to be scheduled. It could still take several weeks from the time you register until you are contacted by the county about setting up a specific date, although the state has promised to have all 1A individuals scheduled by March 31.

To see roughly where you stand in line, you can reference the date you registered with the county's numbers showing daily registrations every day since mid-January. The number of people who signed up before you are the number of people ahead of you in line.

Vaccines are slated to become available to police officers, firefighters, grocery store workers, and certain other individuals in the 1B group at the end of March. State officials hope to have the vaccine available to the general public by May.
