Annual Newtown Car Show Set For July 19

Newtown’s Antique & Classic Auto Show will be held on Sunday, July 19 from 10 am to 3 pm on State Street.

The event is hosted by Newtown Business Association and will feature more than 150 classic cars, including trucks, Corvettes, street rods, sports cars, muscle cars and more. Cars will be in all makes and models from 1900 to 1990.

Trophies will be awarded in 12 classes, plus there will be appearances by Council Rock North’s Sock ‘n Buskin theatre group dressed in the show’s 1940’s theme costumes, food vendors and a raffle.

The event rain date is July 26.

If you register online by July 10, registration is $15. After July 10, registration is $25 and will be accepted the day of the event, as long as space permits.
