"Heartfelt Messages" Home To Be Shared At Northampton Ceremony

RICHBORO, PA — A special Memorial Day ceremony will be held at 9 a.m. on Monday, May 26 at Robert H. Dembowski Jr. Veterans Memorial Park at Route 232 and 332 in Richboro.

This year, the ceremony will highlight excerpts from personal letters sent home by service members during times of war. These heartfelt messages provide a powerful and intimate glimpse into the lives of those who served, reflecting both personal experiences and significant moments in history.

The day begins with a flag-raising ceremony at 8 a.m. conducted by the Marine Corps League Patriot Detachment at the flagpoles in front of the Northampton Township building at 55 Township Road.

The ceremony is organized by the Northampton Township Board of Supervisors and the Northampton Township Veterans Advisory Commission.
