Lane Closures On Almshouse Road This Week

NORTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA —Motorists should expect lane closures this week on Almshouse Road this week as PennDOT conducts line striping.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said that various construction activities are scheduled on several state highways in Bucks and Montgomery counties this week.

The work schedules and locations are:

• Monday, July 31, through Friday, Aug. 4, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., a lane closure is scheduled on Bristol Road/Gibson Road between Butler Avenue and Bensalem Boulevard in New Britain, Warrington, Doylestown, Warwick, Northampton, Lower Southampton, and Bensalem townships and Chalfont Borough for line striping.
• Monday, July 31, through Friday, Aug. 4, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., a lane closure is scheduled on County Line Road between the U.S. 202 Parkway and Route 532 (Bustleton Pike) in Montgomery, Horsham, Hatboro, Upper Moreland, and Lower Moreland townships, Montgomery County, and Warrington, Warminster, Upper Southampton, Lower Southampton, Bucks County for line striping.
• Monday, July 31, through Friday, Aug. 4, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., a lane closure is scheduled on Almshouse Road between Butler Avenue and Route 332 (Jacksonville Road) in New Britain, Doylestown, Warwick, and Northampton townships for line striping.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because slowdowns may occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
