Northampton Day Festival Coming Soon
A Fun Time for Everyone on October 6th in Northampton Township

The Northampton Days Committee is pleased to be hosting the 27th annual Northampton Day Festival on Sunday, October 6th at 98 Upper Holland Road, the sight of the old Richboro Middle School, currently Richboro Elementary School.
They will kick off the event with a flag raising by the Marine Corps League Patriot Detachment at 10:00 am and the festival concludes at 4:00 pm.
Although they are called Northampton Days, they are not affiliated with the Northampton Township government but are very grateful for the support they receive from the township administration, first responders and public works.

Northampton Days, Inc is a 501(C)(3) organization who sponsors the festival each year with the goal of furthering community spirit, provide an opportunity to showcase local talent, highlight small businesses and offer free entertainment.
This year, there will be more than 110 vendors. The Talent Show is a big hit every year for all ages and there are a few spots still available so if you know anyone with talent tell them to apply, just go to the website at www.northamptonday.fun.

There will be a great array of food trucks as well as an all-day slate of entertainment that includes:
- The Elmwood Zoo
- Northampton Police K-9 Demonstration
- Fitzpatrick Irish Dancers
- Members of Richboro and Holland Elementary School Choirs
- Northampton Indians Cheer Squad
- The Wheelmen, who bring and ride their old school bicycles
- A2Z magic
- Northampton Parks and Rec Kid’s Marketplace, which provides an opportunity for our future entrepreneurs to create and sell home made crafts.
- Council Rock Coalition for Healthy Youth will have a must-see exhibit that walks parents through a typical bedroom that depicts possible warning signs of kids being involved in negative behaviors.
- Fire Department and EMS vehicles on site for the kids to view and enjoy.
- a signed Eagles helmet
- a signed Nick Castellanos bat.
Also provided, free of charge will be inflatables, a pirate ship and a rock wall/bungee jump for the kids.
New this year they are pleased to announce that Giant Supermarket will be at the Festival to provide both Flu and Covid-19 vaccines. If you are interested please be sure to bring your Medicare, pharmacy and medical insurance cards with you.
If you stop by the main tent’s raffle table there will be some exciting silent auction items that you can bid on such as:
In addition to parking at or near the event, there will be shuttle busses going from Council Rock High School South to the event and back between the hours of 10:00am and 4:00pm. This is a free shuttle and the busses will run approximately every 15 minutes.
There is a second and very important aspect of the group and that is its philanthropic arm. Each year they provide two scholarships to graduating high school seniors who have either volunteered at one of the events or at a Northampton Parks and Rec event. They also donated to The Miracle League of Northampton Township, wreath placement for first responders and veterans at Union Cemetery and support to youth organizations.
