Northampton Days Fall Festival To Showcase Community

The big event unfolds this weekend on the grounds of the former Richboro Middle School in Northampton Township.

NORTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA — The 27th annual Northampton Days Festival takes place on
Sunday, October 6 at 98 Upper Holland Road on the grounds of the former Richboro Middle School, currently serving as the Richboro Elementary School.

The event will kick off with a flag raising ceremony by the Marine Corps League Patriot Detachment at 10 a.m. and will continue throughout the day until 4 p.m. with more than 100 vendors, plenty of food, entertainment including the popular Northampton Days Talent Show and lots of community spirit.

  • A visit from the Elmwood Zoo
  • Northampton Police K9 Demonstration
  • The Fitzpatrick School of Irish Dance
  • Richboro and Holland Elementary School Choirs
  • Northampton Indians Cheer Squad
  • The Wheelmen with their old-fashioned bicycles
  • A2Z magic
  • Northampton Parks and Rec Kid’s Marketplace, which provides an opportunity for future entrepreneurs to create and sell homemade crafts.
  • Council Rock Coalition for Healthy Youth invites parents to walk through "Behind Closed Doors," a realistic re-creation of a teenager’s bedroom designed to help educate parents about the warning signs of drug abuse.
  • Fire Department and EMS vehicles on site for the kids to view and enjoy.
  • A signed Eagles helmet and a signed Nick Castellanos bat part of a silent auction.
  • Inflatables, a pirate ship and a rock wall/bungee jump for the kids.

New to this year's fair will be a flu and COVID-19 vaccine clinic provided by Giant Supermarket.
If you are interested please be sure to bring your Medicare, pharmacy and medical insurance cards.

Parking will be available in and around the event site. In addition, shuttle busses will be transporting guests between Council Rock High School South and the festival grounds between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. The free buses will run approximately every 15 minutes.

Proceeds from the event will benefit two scholarships given to graduating high school seniors who have either volunteered at one of the events or at a Northampton Parks and Rec event. Proceeds are also used to support The Miracle League of Northampton Township, wreath placement for first responders and veterans at Union Cemetery and support of youth organizations.
