Northampton Firefighters Respond To Accident, Vehicle Fire

NEWTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — The Northampton Township Fire Company responded with Newtown Fire Rescue to an accident with entrapment on Tuesday in the eastbound lanes of the Newtown Bypass near the PennDOT shed.

Engine 73 went in service with stabilization and fire protection while the driver was removed from the vehicle. The driver was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.

Shortly after, Engine 73 and Rescue 3 responded to a vehicle fire in the Beacon Hill section of Northampton Township.
