Pothole Repairs Scheduled On Northampton Area Roadways

RICHBORO, PA — Pothole repairs will be taking place this week on several roadways in the Northampton Township area, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.

Scheduled for repairs are:

• Route 532 (Buck Road), Northampton Township.
• Bustleton Pike, Northampton Township.
• Route 213 (Maple Avenue), Langhorne Borough.
• Bellevue Road/Durham Road, Middletown Township and Penndel and Langhorne boroughs.
• Eagle Road, Newtown Township
• Pineville Road, Buckingham Township.

Crews will restrict travel lanes on these state highways to patch areas of deteriorating pavement. Motorists can expect intermittent lane closures and possible slowdowns when driving near work crews. All activities are weather dependent.

Motorists are reminded to slow down in the work zone and refrain from distracted driving to keep themselves and the workers safe.

Motorists are reminded that potholes and other roadway concerns on state roads can be reported by calling 1-800-FIX-ROAD or visiting www.penndot.pa.gov and clicking on “Submit Concern".

Since January 1, PennDOT has used more than 1,720 tons of asphalt to repair potholes across the five-county Philadelphia region.
