After a Search, PA State Police Find Man Drunk and Asleep
State Police charge the man with public drunkenness.
Pennsylvania State Police are charging Anythony Francis Oettl, 60, with public drunkenness after a search had to be launched to find him at 8 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 7. He had passed out on a trail near Cove Road in North Whitehall Township.
