'Hell's Kitchen' Chef Jessica Viewing Party at Local Restaurant

Jessica Lewis, a Parkland graduate competing on will be at Roma Ristorante for a viewing party next Tuesday.

Lewis survived her fourth week on the Fox television show, which airs at 8 p.m. Tuesdays.

Lewis will give a cooking demonstration either before or after the party, said Hernan Caques, a server at the restaurant. "Hell's Kitchen" contestant Clemenza Caserta from last season's show gave a demonstration at Roma earlier this year.

The party will be held from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Roma Ristorante is at the Airport Shopping Center, 925 Airport Center Drive, Hanover Township (Lehigh County).

Lewis is competing with others for $250,000 and to lead Chef Gordon Ramsay's Pub & Grill restaurant in Las Vegas.
