'Hell's Kitchen:' Chef Jessica Survives Second Week
Parkland grad Jessica Lewis relished the physical challenges on Gordon Ramsay's 'Hell's Kitchen.'

Parkland grad Jessica Lewis survived a second week on Gordon Ramsay's "Hell's Kitchen."
On Tuesday night's second episode of season 11, the chefs had to scale an eight-foot wall, run into a lobster cage and drop them one at a time in a bucket.
Lewis, a former Hall of Fame swimmer at Parkland and the University of Virginia, relished the chance to compete in a physical challenge.

“I'm stoked," Lewis said. "I'm ready to go all out," Lewis said.
The boys' blue team won, filling the bucket with 37 lobsters to the 31 on the girls' red team. But the challenge didn't end there. The team that cleaned the most lobsters in 10 minutes won an excursion on a luxury yacht replete with champagne and massages.

The girls won and Lewis could be seen seated across from Ramsay at a table on yacht and raising a glass.
Both teams failed at their next challenge to prepare dinner for "Hell's Kitchen" patrons. When each team has to choose two people to be eliminated, Lewis criticized the preparation of the appetizers and a teammate's lamb chops.
"Raw is raw. If you know raw, you know raw. If you don’t, you don’t," Lewis said.
Ramsay, by the way, praised Lewis on her lamb chops in last week's challenge. So far, she's gotten nothing but compliments...
