Man Who Beat Woman Had Pot, Police Say
Joseph Jonathon King Cooper, 33, was charged with physically assaulting a woman in the rear parking lot of 4701 Route 309 in North Whitehall, state police at Bethlehem said.
A Lehighton man was charged Feb. 20 with simple assault and drug possession, according to State Police at Bethlehem.
