The Parkland School Board recently recognized Mark Stutz, Parkland High School director of visual and performing arts, for completing the Pennsylvania Education Policy Fellowship Program.Â
The program is sponsored by the Education Policy and Leadership Center, with the Institute for Educational Leadership.
