Parkland Snow Make-Up Day Set for March 28
The Parkland School District added another make-up day in June in case classes need to be canceled due to inclement weather.
Parkland School District students will have classes on March 28 instead of getting an early start to their spring vacation, which will begin the following day. Classes will resume April 2.
The added day on March 28 will make up for a fourth day of school that was canceled because of inclement weather, and to ensure students get the minimum 180-day school year required by state law.Â
June 14 will be the next inclement make-up day if school is canceled due to inclement weather.
