Update: Man Dies After Falling Into Grouse Hall Fish and Game Lake
Emergency crews were called at about 3:30 p.m. Monday to rescue a man from the lake at Levans and Mauch Chunk roads, WFMZ said.

A man who was pulled from a lake Monday near the Grouse Hall Fish and Game Association in North Whitehall Township died later at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, according to Lehigh County Coroner Scott Grim.
Douglas Bachman, 51, of Lower Nazareth Township was unresponsive after he fell into the lake near the fish and game association at 3335 Levans Road before 3:19 p.m., according to the coroner.

Bachman was pronounced dead at 4:12 p.m. at the hospital.
An autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death, the coroner said.
