• Jacqueline Marie Balot, Ellwood City, PA (wkbn.com) — Oil City readers are remembering Jacqueline “Jackie” Balot, who was born and raised in Oil City and later passed away at home in Ellwood City on December 10 at age 62. Her family recalls her humor, love of rock music, and dedication to animal welfare, and plans to announce a celebration of life at a later date.
