• Police: Delivery driver charged with assaulting, threatening resident (republicanherald.com) — An alleged road-rage confrontation in West Penn Township has led to felony assault and firearms charges against a delivery driver, with a preliminary hearing set for Dec. 16 before Judge Andrew J. Serina in Orwigsburg. Police say the driver pointed a handgun at a resident, fired into the ground, and was later detained at the Saint Clair Walmart with a matching weapon and no carry permit.
