• Penndel Borough Police Officer Saves Eight Residents from House Fire (bucksco.today) — A Penndel Borough police officer is being hailed after rescuing eight people from a burning home on Woodland Avenue early Thursday morning. Officer Sean Peck rushed into the smoke-filled house to evacuate residents, drawing praise from the police chief, the Penndel Volunteer Fire Company, and U.S. Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick for preventing a potential tragedy.
   

• $116 Million Second Phase Of Route 1 Reconstruction Finished (levittownnow.com) — Drivers using the Penndel/Business Route 1 interchange will now see a wider Route 1 with new lanes, longer ramps, and upgraded bridges as PennDOT finishes a $116 million reconstruction phase. The work modernizes 1.5 miles between the Neshaminy and Penndel interchanges and sets up a final phase that will extend improvements north through Middletown and Langhorne.
