Floral & Hardy: Floral & Hardy has been in Skippack since 1999.

PVP: Who is your ideal client or customer?

F&H: Our customers are gardeners. Gardeners who plant vegetable gardens, herb gardens, and those that plant annuals and perennials. In addition, our customers love our garden supplies such as tools and gloves and our garden accents such as concrete pieces, yard art, and other pieces for their yard.  Our customers also enjoy our gardening workshops.  From summer container workshops, to butterfly garden workshops to terrarium workshops.  We offer over 30 events a year. Recently we opened our garden loft for children.  This area contains garden tools, toys, puzzles, books and lots more for kids.  We offer birthday parties, kids workshops and more.  

PVP: What makes your business unique from others in your field?

F&H: Our plants are more unique then those found in other garden centers. Our events and workshops are exciting, fun, and educational. 

PVP: What made you decide to open a business?

F&H: After 25 years in the computer science field it was time for a change.

PVP: Where can customers find your specials?

F&H: We promote our specials on Facebook, Pinterest, our website, and in the BuxMont Courier newspaper. An iPhone app is under construction.
