"An awful lot of people were traveling in cars or motorcycles with guns, an awful lot of people had no trouble at all getting permits to carry," Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner told 6abc. "And that's a problem."

A 24-year-old who was reportedly shooting at the Cadillac, which fled the scene, was arrested by National Park Service Rangers, NBC10 added.

The Cadillac driver was being treated for his injury at an area hospital. His condition was not immediately made clear. No charges have been filed as of Tuesday morning.
