200-Plus Flights Delayed, Canceled At Philly International Airport

According to flight tracking website FlightAware.com, nearly 100 flights are canceled and more than 110 are delayed at the airport.

PHILADELPHIA — Travelers going from and to the Philadelphia International Airport are experiencing major delays and cancelations.

According to FlightAware.com, more than 200 flights at the airport are delayed or canceled as of 10:55 a.m. Monday.

In total, there are 213 delayed and canceled flights.

Of those flights, 117 are delayed and 96 are canceled, the website shows.

American Airlines has the majority of the impacted flights, as the airport is a hub for American, with 56 flights canceled and 58 delayed.

Thirty-five flights out of Philly are canceled and 61 are delayed, while Sixty-one flights going to Philly are canceled and 57 are delayed.

NBC10 reports travelers waited for their luggage for hours at the airport.

Some travelers have been waiting for the bags since 6 p.m. Sunday, according to Fox 29.
