76ers Unveil Throwback Jerseys For 2025-26 Season

PHILADELPHIA — The Philadelphia 76ers Wednesday unveiled their 2025-26 Nike NBA Hardwood Classic Edition, and the new jerseys are a throwback to a stellar Sixers season.

These new jerseys celebrate the 25th anniversary of the iconic 2000-01 Eastern Conference Championship Sixers team and its run to the NBA Finals.

That team, led by then-coach Larry Brown with stars Allen Iverson, Dikembe Mutombo, Eric Snow, Aaron McKie, and more, became one of the most memorable teams in franchise history.

"Some of my favorite memories came when I was wearing this uniform. I enjoyed every moment of playing for my childhood team. This uniform represented the connection of players with the city and 76ers fans," Eric Snow said. "Although we didn't accomplish our ultimate goal, I'm still thankful for the time I played in the 76ers uniform. Even now, I still meet people wherever I go who speak about the passion they had for our team and that run."

The 76ers’ 2025-26 Hardwood Classic Edition uniform honors the heritage of the franchise’s historical uniform and is made to resemble the 2000-01 era uniform, translated on to Nike’s modern performance chassis that is engineered for today’s NBA athletes.

"This uniform is more than just a piece of fabric; it represents an era of franchise history that embraced a distinct identity and captured the attention of the entire city," Lara Price, Chief Operating Officer of the Philadelphia 76ers said. "To see these uniforms back out on that court will bring back a lot of nostalgia, and we are excited to share that in many different ways with our fans this season."

New merchandise featuring the classic look will go on sale at 10 a.m. Oct. 15 online here. Sales will begin at Xfinity Mobile Arena at 6 p.m. on Oct. 17 ahead of the 76ers and Timberwolves pre-season matchup.

The Sixers will wear the new jerseys first on Nov. 8 when they welcome the Toronto Raptors at Xfinity Mobile Arena.

Also, the team’s promotional schedule features 14 "25th Anniversary Celebration" nights. On these nights, the 76ers will wear the new uniform and play on the Hardwood Classic Edition court at Xfinity Mobile Arena.

They will wear the new jerseys six other times during road games against playoff contenders from the 2000-01 season.
