I-95 motorists will encounter periodic lane closures Monday through Thursday between 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in Philadelphia for survey work, announced the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. 4. A neighbor’s call to police led to the discovery of a man slumped over in the driver’s seat of an SUV, dead after being shot in West Philadelphia. The neighbor called police around midnight Sunday to report a Cadillac Escalade was double-parked and then called again around 2 a.m. after hearing gunshots. (NBC 10 Philadelphia)
