Charges Filed In Woman's January Killing: Philadelphia Police
A 20-year-old woman is charged with murder and related crimes in connection with the death of another 20-year-old woman, Philly Police said.
PHILADELPHIA — Police in Philadelphia have made an arrest in connection with a woman's death that occurred last month.
Tydasza White, 20, surrender to police Wednesday morning. White is charged with murder and related crimes.
The charges stem from a Jan. 23 incident.

At about 1:08 a.m. that day, police were called to the 4800 block of Marion Avenue for a report of a woman screaming.
There, they found an unresponsive woman on the floor of a residential basement.

She was pronounced dead at 2:04 p.m. and was later identified as Laniece Richmond, 20.
An investigation revealed White as the suspect, and authorities issued a warrant for her arrest.
Court records for White were not immediately available.
