PHILADELPHIA — Traffic is flowing again from Interstate 76 west to Interstate 676 east in Philadelphia.

A multi-vehicle crash happened at about 11:17 a.m. at that location, PennDOT said.

By 11:30 a.m., the ramp was open again, according to officials.
