- Philadelphia's Christmas Village will return for the 14th year in a row to Center City with more than 110 unique vendors. The open-air German Christmas market will span Love Park, the City Hall Courtyard, and the north side of City Hall, and run from Thanksgiving Day through Christmas Eve. A preview weekend will be held Nov. 20 to 21 to give visitors an early look at this yearβs products. (NBC 10)

- Masking policies have shifted across regions of Philadelphia as waves of COVID-19 come and go. While the state still requires masks on public transportation and in school settings, officials have left it up to private businesses to decide whether they want to enforce a mask policy in-store. Across Philadelphia, masks are required at all outdoor unseated gatherings of more than 1,000 people and at all indoor businesses that don't require vaccination for employees and patrons. Otherwise, policies have varied widely depending on where in Philadelphia you are. (6 ABC)
